The concept sponsored includes 3 days vocational skills training on petroleum jelly (body), disinfectant, air freshener, wick and soap making along with the opening of a micro finance bank account for each beneficiary. Also all the products produced will be shared equally for them to start small businesses. A week after the training. Each widow will also  receive a business scale up fund which will be used to expand any business of their choice.
They were divided into two batches for the training. Each batch had 23 participants. The training was held for 6 days i.e 3 days per batch. They were treated to an appetizing lunch on every day of the training. The empowerment training was facilitated by 2 of JAKIN project officers – Miss.
